The Seal of God
According to the bible, God is going to bring disasters to destroy everything on the earth in the last day. To protect God’s people from the disasters God put the seal of God on the foreheads of people of God.
To receive salvation, therefore, we have to know about this seal of God in the last day. Today, let us study who is it that brings the seal of God.
God’s Work of Putting the Seal
Revelation 7:1 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth to prevent any wind from blowing on the land or on the sea or on any tree. 2 Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal of the living God. He called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea: 3 “Do not harm the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God.”
According to the prophecy of the Revelation,the bible says “another angel” is bringing this seal of God. Then who is the angel that brings the seal of God? To find out the answer, we have to look at the mated verses of the bible.
Signs in the Sun and Moon
According to this prophecy, after certain events all these things are happening afterwards. Therefore, to find out the identity of the angel we have to look at the mated verses of the same prophecy. Let us first look at the signs of Angel’s coming through Revelation Chapter 6.
Revelation 6:12 I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair,the whole moon turned blood red, 13 and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind.
These are some of the signs given to foreshadow the appearance of the angel with the seal of God. We can see the signs in the sun,moon and the stars. After these things, the angel comes with the seal of God.Then let us find out the mated verse to know more about the angel.
Mated Verses in the Bible
Isaiah 34:16 Look in the scroll of the Lord and read: None of these will be missing, not one will lack her mate. For it is his mouth that has given the order, and his Spirit will gather them together.
The bible teaches that every verse in the bible has its own mate. Therefore, to understand the meaning of a verse in the bible we have to find out the mated verse and compare them together. The mated verse of Revelation 6 can be found in the Book of Matthew in Jesus’ teachings.
Matthew 24:29 “Immediately after the distress of those days“‘the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’
This is Jesus’ teaching about the last day when he appears for the second time. After the signs on the sun, moon, and the stars,Jesus prophesied that he (the Second Coming) would come to gather his people to protect them from the four winds (or a World War).
Matthew 24:30 “Then(After the signs in the sky) willappear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of theearth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven,with power and great glory. 31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpetcall, and they will gather his elect fromthe four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
Christ, The Angel with the Seal of God
By comparing the verses from Matthew 24 and Revelation 6 & 7, we can know who the angel that brings the seal of God in Revelation 7 is. It is none other than the Second Coming Christ himself who comes with the seal of God to protect his people from the four winds that is the World War III that will take place in the near future.
Therefore, through this prophecy we can know that the Second Coming Christ himself would come in the flesh or on the clouds of heaven. And he will come from the East not from the land of Israel, but from somewhere in the east of Israel. He will come and bring the seal of God to give salvation to his chosen people. As we have studied in many other articles, the seal of God is the Passover of the new covenant.
Christ Ahnsahnghong, the Angel From the East
Then who fulfilled all the prophecies of the bible? Who came as man in the flesh from the far-off land in the east? And who brought the us the seal of God the Passover to give us protection from the four winds? All these prophecies were fulfilled by Christ Ahnsahnghong.
He appeared in Korea, a far-off land in the east from Israel where Jesus spoke the prophecy or the Patmos Island where ApostleJohn received the revelation. Christ Ahnsahnghong was born in 1918. And he started his ministry in 1948 after World War 2 as it is prophesied in Revelation 7 and started the work of God putting the seal on the foreheads of his chosen ones. His ministry began with the proclamation of the independence of Israel after World War 2 to fulfillthe prophecy of the fig tree.
Through all the prophecies of the bible we can recognize who Christ Ahnsahnghong is. Even though he came as man in the flesh from a small country in the east. He was not born in a rich or famous family. He lived a less-than-common life working as stone mason. Despite all these things, we should know his true identity through the fulfillment of the prophecies of the bible. If you open your spiritual eyes through the prophecies of the bible, you can know he is the very Christ that we have been waiting for.
